Can't we see we're dying?

Each day, each one of us.
Hardly in a literal sense, I suppose.

Mr. Skillman explains to me:
'Kids your age can't ever make a change
in the way we are going about life.
Have you ever even gone against what you have been told,
boycotted something, told it how it is? '

I loathe him for this comment directed at me.
He is so correct.

Is everyone not exactly the same?
Having decent discussions regarding society
is near impossible with teenagers.

What matters in our brainwashed vision:
'Twilight' (Literature? I cannot say so.)
Professional Football


It's terrifying what we will become.
