Distant Fowl Abridge Poem by Brendon Olsen

Distant Fowl Abridge

Through thickets trampled
A washing of the hands, purification
A quelling of the beak, satiation
Lofty is the patter
It has already bor footsteps
and itself to existence
Thought archaic, stirs a faith
She shines for reason unseen
I hear the peddle
Winds whistle in harmony
Our thoughts carry intention
without levy
The Earth believes us now
Symbiotic and whole
