Do you ever feel like you were in the darkest night?
And you thought you had no hope of ever finding light?

Well, Jesus is the answer, He'll calm your every fear.
He'll give you light in the dark and wipe away your tear.

Have you ever felt alone, forsaken, or untrue?
Has it ever seemed like all your friends had left on you?

If you open up your heart, the Lord will gladly fill
That lonely little place with love that's deep and still.

Do you ever think that you just aren't good enough?
No-one will ever like you and life is just too tough?

Just turn to your Creator, He'll gladly help you through.
He's made you for a reason. He has work for you to do!

Have you ever wondered why God lets our loved ones die?
Have you ever felt like all you can do is just to cry?

Just bring it all to Jesus, He knows the pain you feel.
He loves you even if you're sad and He can help you heal.

Do you ever wish a friend would give a hug to you?
But you're too shy to ask and you don't know what to do?

I know One who gives warm hugs, He's given them to me.
Just ask the Lord to help you out. You'll soon know what I mean.

So if you're ever troubled and don't know what to do,
Just turn to God and ask Him if He would help you through.
