How do you save
The one who's dying?
How do you comfort
The one who's crying?
What do you say
When there's no hope of being saved?
And what do you do
When there's no point wishing for you?
I could hold you and tell you
It'll all be okay
But we both know it won't
Shall I lie anyway?
Will it make you feel better
Just for a while?
You know I'd do anything
To see that smile
But it just get's worse and worse
Wish I could free you from this curse
So I'll do my best
To ease the blow
And I'll make sure
You'll never be alone
