Don'T Look At Me Poem by Rob Spiering

Don'T Look At Me

Distorted eyes looking down
Never smile always frowned
I only walk with my head down
Self absorbed body and mind
To proud to look in the mirror
This moment holds life's existence
my words are free as the air
I am a storm in the calmed sky
We have tears that will not dry
I have fallen for the last time
When you touch me I ripple
let me hide in the shadows
mull in my stink
a friend hold a friend
even if that friend will sink,
