Don'T Look Back Poem by Audrey Heller

Don't look back, on yesterday,
for what's gone, is gone! Just
look forward to today, then
quickly, move on! Looking back,
only brings you pain and sorrow
and what's the point, in that? You
have to think, about the new things
to come and that's, a matter of fact!
So much, depends on what you've
learned, in the past. You have to
slow down and not move, too fast!
In time, it can even itself out, so take
it with a smile. It's then, you'll become
quite adept and not feel, you're on
trial! Mistakes, can be costly, but what
can you do, once the damage, is done?
That's why, we have to be more cognizant
for the next time, for we really, don't want
to hurt, anyone!
