Don'T Usher Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Don'T Usher

Rating: 2.8

Don’t usher me at home
Don’t garland or welcome
Don’t even look at when I come
But look at the aspects of some

I have done no wrong
I was well wisher and staunch supporter among
I did whatever was expected and good for you
I have done exceedingly well and stood very true

Don’t ditch me and go away
As your memory will always stay
You may try and force me to speak badly
I shall not oblige you even if I have to remain sadly

Time may be essential factor my feeling
As I will be eager and truly willing
You did all whatever you could do
Threw me away to as if everything was untrue

You have put a final seal
Yet you won’t be able to steal
Memory data so preciously stored
The company and togetherness honestly adored

The bad moments may pass over
I will need no more shelter or cover
I may come off my own with great zeal
The happiness and joy then will be very real
