Donald Trump - More Trustworthy Indeed! Poem by Jacson Gelato

Donald Trump - More Trustworthy Indeed!

A thousand words spoken
a million remarks hurled.....
I never reacted, I found it amusing;
I am a woman, I am a mother
a daughter and a wife, I know for sure;
there exists many mirrors on the walls
and if each one wants to tell me
how good I look or bad and what I do is equally so
it is just the mirror talking and not the wall
nothing will change the outline of my life
no matter how unfruitful is the rhetoric or remark;
some errors, some traits, every man acquires
whether by heredity or by status,
it is his game engine,
his opinion of women around him
his sense of humour perhaps a rhetoric,
yes, some men so romantic, some quite sarcastic,
some simply heroic over period of time
yet when they are not the Presidents
they are free to express, impress or implore
everyone whether big or small
to be rational, inter-active and amendable
by criticism or by praise or even by parody.
O' those business tycoons
how they always enjoy their seats
though popularity of what they speak or eat
with whom they sleep or with whom they dine
are gossips and headlines the Press enjoys to release;
and what he does while he is not the President
is like what a man does when he is not a husband
but an affair in an Office with one so young
while in power, while on Nation's duty
was that not an insult to women's chastity?
Would ever a soldier dare such a horrid dream?
Would it be right for a wife to forgive such a husband?
Would it be right of her to do finger-pointing
about the character of others
when greater sin had touched her own doorstep?
So, how can she ask innocent women
to cast their votes in her favour
how can she expect them to forget
those truths and memories of in-house betrayal?
Freedom is the birthright of every person
and when one is not in power,
he can race like a rager
but when one has to win his number one place of honor
rules change, language changes, words concise
when he becomes the winner while people vote for him
and place their future in his hands
so that he sparkles it with trustworthiness
which she has blown away with emptiness
by placing world peace on window shelves
as refugees keep chasing endless horizons of safety.
