Done Be The Bright Light Of The Moon. Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Done Be The Bright Light Of The Moon.

Done be the bright light of the moon.

The moon of yesterday past midnight.

With every hour struck trembled the ground.

No wind, no shaking bough, no troubled leaf.

And soundless be the passage of ghost feet.
