Don't You Die. Poem by Zeh SheZ

Don't You Die.

Before we meet,
of your existence,
I'll never lose hope.

If I should die before we meet,
don't stress.
Remember that someone in here,
another location of the universe,
someone lived in search of you,
before they passed.

Many are not searched for.
It is wished for them to disappear.
Your company is craved.
Their presence is rejected;
vexatious to the soul.

If you can do this for me,
be sure not to pass on,
before I come by...
Before our paths cross.
Before our eyes lock;
and our hearts touch base,
ignite and burn to melt.
As we together mold into one.

I want to see you speak without words;
send me, without wings, flying!
And to touch you with words unspoken;
messages from the heart,
in eyes burning, reflected.

I want to move;
and be moved by forces unseen.
Prevailing auras pulling us,
drawing us closer together.

Secret sparks begin to fly.
Kindled, the fire roars ablaze.
Until in a heap of fiery tinder,
we together collapse.

Before I find you,
don't you die.
