Doubt Poem by Kate Kate

Doubt

Rating: 5.0

Doubt
I always doubt myself
I doubt if I am making the right decision
I doubt if I should be putting myself out there
I doubt if I look good in something
I doubt it because I fear being wrong
Fear of being pity
Fear of disappointing people
I am scared of rejection
I care what people think of me
I know I am insecure but I want all eyes to be on me
I want to be seen
as intelligent, kind, and caring
but all of this is masked I wear
Because I doubt a person would like me for me
While I doubt myself, someone else takes what could've been mine
