Dr Aaron Silas Z.S.L. ~ His Final Journey Poem by Jonathan Goldman a.k.a JGthepoet

Thank you LORD for your Wisdom dear,
To YOUR Words, I will always adhere.
I shall always have Faith in YOU,
And listen to all YOU tell me to do.

My Mind is open to the words YOU speak,
Daily, hourly, and all through the week.
I shall always do as I'm told,
Now and forever, as I grow old.

On 8th March 2007, to Wanstead, London, we did go,
To gather together, to bid adieu
To Aaron Silas, my Brother-in-law,
Remembered by many ~ ''Sent Off'' by a few.

To his Final Wishes his Sons did adhere,
With the Eulogy given by his Eldest Son,
Then Tributes, a Song and Music for his Soul to hear,
By his Granddaughters and his Grandson.

Thank you LORD for the words for this poem.
To commemorate his Life lent to us all,
Now returned to YOUR care, as all Souls do go,
After their Journey through Life, quick ~ or real slow.
