Dream Partner Poem by Not Long Left

do you see the same stars as I,
two lonely souls looking up at the sky,
two rain drops from the same cloud,
falling onto different lands.
I know that you are out there,
somewhere, thinking the same thoughts as me.
your emotions come with the waves on the sea,
your breath carried on the winds,
reaches me in the naked night.

Do you ponder under the mood levelling moon,
illuminated in starlight beauty,
fair hair reaching out to pull me close to you,
you are real for i can feel you heartbeat,
gently dancing with mine.

over the forever streching sea,
across the beautiful and despairing lands,
i shall find you,
because i survive on you.
Tonight when i close my eyes,
lets meet on the snowy mountain tops,
and cuddle tightly till the dream sadly stops
