The charming Director, the man of goodwill
The bossman, who keeps an eye on the till,
Has outgrown his friends, on concepts he depends
Assist all you can ~ his needs are for real.

Help each situation without hesitation
As part of a dream-team, working with zeal.
Ideas, bring them forth with new innovation
Looking far-far beyond the top of the hill.

Industrialization needs collective co-operation
'What does the team think'. Come answer the call.
The man at the top is the people's salvation
Stay at his side ~ spring summer winter and fall.
