Dreaming To Be Present In The Paradise... Poem by Mohammad Younus

Dreaming To Be Present In The Paradise...

Dreaming to be present in the paradise...
...as on the first day...
Divine Mother, please sing me a lullaby and read me...
...a bedtime story;
I won't go into sleep deep unless you adore me...
...and hold me to your chest tightly;
Wouldn't mind waking up for a hundred years...
...if you don't sing me a lullaby and read me...
...a bedtime story!
I would like to stay in the Hell If I get to see you there;
More like a blessing than a curse for me...
...it would be;
Being in the paradise without you would rather be...
...so much worse for me;
If I have to sleep in rest with you...
...let it be to your kiss on my forehead!
If I have to rest in you...
...please be real mother to me!
Not a mother in a fantasy short story!
If I am your child dear born of you...
...sing me a lullaby and read me a story;
I'll gladly remain waking and staring at you...
...if it makes this sweet dream linger...
...hearing your lullaby and story!
