Drifting - Poem by Keith Ricardo Williams

sometimes i feel like i’m flying
drifting above it all
just relaxed in another world
another time
it’s so peaceful
i imagine how angels must feel
the beauty of seeing what’s real
i look at the world, and i don’t care
i’m having a ball up there
flying to one place to the next
something you could never expect
like peter pan or superman
the veiw is great
then from this dream i wake
damn i’ve got to get to work i’m late
