Behold and learn the bling, bling of crass advertising. People everyday see what they don't want to see through garish advertising. And while driving the ones lit up like the Blackpool illuminations are the most distracting. Using a mobile phone whilst driving is a no no, why not those electronic billboards that we simply can never ignore due to their crafty roadside placements that one can almost touch.
