Drunken Cycle Poem by michael Smajda

Drunken Cycle

Rating: 5.0

Drunken loneliness sometimes gets the best of us.
And no one's around to pick you up when you fall.
When you do get up, what's there to look forward to?
But same thoughts that caused you to first get drunk after all.
