Dying At Emergency Room Door Poem by Terence George Craddock

Dying At Emergency Room Door

Rating: 5.0

heart attack or accident
dying at emergency room door
salvation so close so far

no real doctor worth his/her salt
would demean herself/himself by
not treating life threatening injuries

directors bean counters share holders
who decides life death paid policies?
hearts passion or clinical profit decides

private hospital policy a dying patient
without money health care insurance might
be turned away denied life all treatment?

government should care provide for citizens?
health care education is a basic human right?
no money for poor million billions for wars?
