Big dogs, small dogs,
Hairy dogs, smooth dogs,
Shy dog, noisy dogs,
Doggy type dogs,
Ask, ‘What's this morning's news? '

Good dogs, bad dogs,
Old dogs, new dogs,
Fighting dogs & timid dogs,
Noses to ground dogs,
Are on the trail of the morning news!

Sniffing dogs, licking dogs,
Yapping dogs and happy dogs,
Tricky dogs and nice dogs,
All puppy dogs,
Want the morning news!

Dirty dogs and clean dogs
Jumping dogs, genteel dogs,
Gracious greyhound dogs,
Immensely proud dogs,
Are on the scent of this morning's news!

Peaceful dogs, playful dogs,
Homely dogs, hunting dogs,
Lazy dogs, crazy dogs,
Even sleepy fireside dogs,
Want to know the morning news!
Plain dogs, stray dogs,
Pretty dogs and strange dogs,
Even very vain dogs,
Pulling at the lead dogs,
Need to know the morning news!

Lunging dogs, excited dogs,
Even come to heel dogs,
Eyes popping from their heads dogs,
Grateful to be out dogs,
And all nosey dogs want this morning's news!
