My spirit renovated, my soul renued;
I feel elevated with a newly found aptitude.
I take bold steps into the darkness;
hoping desperately not to fall,
in my quest to truly harness;
the greatest power of all:
To stand before my lord and try,
try my best not to wonder why;
why all my angels seem to cry.
