Eater Of Apple Poem by George Samuel

Eater Of Apple

Silent as I'm,
My prayers will be heard,
Spirit ear on my mind,
Convey my meditation to the sky.

Morning on my knees,
No words can match the power of tears,
In my speechless needs,
I speak very little but believe.

That the cross of christ,
Has power to make me free,
From that which pierced my chest,
Was revealed to me when I was three.

Though I knew not Adam,
But called a product of his sin,
A eater of apple,
And a living example.
