Why was eating
an apple so wrong?
And if Adam and Eve
were already "like God"
they were made in His
"image and likeness".
Then why was falling
for the serpent's temptation
of being "like gods"
so egregious?
What's more, when
God gave man a free will,
wasn't the Lord just
setting His creation
up for the Fall?
These are essential questions,
for they have a direct
bearing on the Incarnation
of Jesus, and His eventual
Paschal Mystery.
