Echoes Of Care Poem by Yousif Ibrahim Abubaker Abdalla

Echoes Of Care

You are held.
You are remembered.
You are loved.
Even in silence,
even in shadow,
even unseen you are held.
Your heart matters.
Your breath matters.
Your voice, your laughter,
your light.
they ripple through the world.
You are held.
You are remembered.
You are loved.
Love moves through you
like fire, like wind, like rivers,
invisible hands cradling you
even when you cannot see.
You are not forgotten.
You are not alone.
You are treasured.
You are cherished.
You are more than you know.
You are held.
You are remembered.
You are loved.
Repeat it.
Feel it.
Let it echo.
Let it stay.
You are held.
You are remembered.
You are loved.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM: This poem was written on Sunday,1st March 2026. "You Are Held" is a meditation on the quiet, invisible love that surrounds us love that we may not always see, hear, or feel, but that is powerful, enduring, and constant. This poem is written as a chant, a ritual of remembrance, meant to be recited aloud, so that its rhythm and repetition can be felt in the body as well as the mind. The repeated phrases"You are held. You are remembered. You are loved." serve as an anchor, a heartbeat, a mantra. They are intended to mirror the invisible forces of care and protection in our lives, the small gestures, the silent prayers, and the unseen ways others treasure us. This piece is both a comfort and a declaration: even when we feel unseen, even in the shadows of life, we are carried, cradled, and cherished. It invites the reader or listener to pause, breathe, and absorb the truth of their worth and the enduring presence of love that flows around and through them. It is a poem of reassurance, a ritual of hope, and a reminder that being remembered quietly, gently, invisibly is one of the most profound affirmations of our existence.
