Ecstasy Poem by Joel Garland

Ecstasy

Rating: 5.0

Rushing rapids roaring thru my head
Thru canals tributaries and crevices
That have no end

I can feel the rain drops fall in my head
Like soft musical notes
Their perfection unsaid

Immersed in the ecstasy
So vivid and crystal
I can see the colours
I can feel the words
It's all so original

The words In my head come at great pace
So quick and wondrous
Longing to elate

My mind is like a book
With pages so blank
The ink falls from the sky
And then I create

A vivid journey
That has pleasure to taste
A great passage
That I can only relate
