Eden Had No Fences Until Man Came Poem by soren Barrett

Eden Had No Fences Until Man Came

Eve stole the apple from the tree, forbidden knowledge to see
Cain killed Abel in this biblical fable, all over jealousy
Since then man did fight for master's right to property
A bloody hand a struggle over land, failing to understand nature is free

An Israelite a Palestinian does fight, a blood feud from long ago
A Russian a Ukrainian is crushen, over ancestral land of endless woe
Over oil thirst Venezuela immersed, Maduro is ripe to go
Up to this day it has always been this way, we fight for land and water's flow

We don't understand that no one owns land, it belongs to one and all
Just like air its for all to share, no matter how big or small
No government should tax mansion or shacks, what our home we call
Land has no border, no God given order where a fence should fall

To own land or sea it the same as slavery, you don't own such things
It's like a fight over owning day or night, its misery that greed brings
