Elusive Poem by Namita Rani Panda

Elusive

I was rafting in the violent sea of life
with Lust and Desire
Searching for my sinful Sin
intoxicated with elusive Youthfulness
and indomitable Pride.

Now I'm on a pilgrimage
in the serene sea with Conscience
searching my soulful Soul so elusive.

A bare tree of Autumn I'm
with no leaves of lust, flowers of desires and fruits of sins,
waiting for the touch of Spring so divine!
So subtle! So indefinable! So elusive!
