Africa's narrow minded Management Leadership appear to ignore shared management for no other reason but fear of change from one person rule status quo of yesteryears. Contact with best performing women viewed as longing for good company, a tactical mindset common in state owned corporations with deterrent effects.
Gifted women with quality performing human capital sidestepped in quest for investments with high growth potential, value adding technology transfer inclusive of creative diaspora men and women, talented youth, growing jobless with practical competence even more.
Overlooked human capital a pondering plight of the beautiful, the not so beautiful drained of harmonious teamwork, functional transparency, assignments for desired comfort, stalled corporate/public communication etc.
Face up to real issues political public servants! pickup the pieces, embrace active voices and calls to partnerships for change, bridging inequality gaps in going reforms reflecting Kenya's well thought-out reform agenda action plan guided by policy framework with options at all fronts, respect societal do's and dont's in earned rewards with consequences good and bad, fair and just in law.
Strong cultural roots notwithstanding, able women empowered with authority for gender balancing towards clear passage to fulfilled men/women decision making at county, national, regional, ah! quite possibly global levels.
Welcome forward trail blazing voices made concrete in steady action consistency and progress for all in modernizing trend albeit slowly but surely.
