Emotions Poem by Rising Morning Star

Hurt
To hurt, to cry and not know why,
a tear for fear, you can't go near,
to ache, to break, to fall, to shake,
to need, to bleed, to beg, to plead,
to trip, to stumble, to crawl, to crumble,
to hurt, to cry, to question the sky,
to hurt is to feel, the pain of the kill.



Hate
To hate, to despise the distaste in your eyes,
to be evil, to lack, to back stab in fact,
the heat, the brew, all the hatred in you,
to resent, should repent, a feeling hell sent,
to lie, to deny everyone who passes by,
to murder, to deceive, such animosity I can't believe,
to hate is to dwell, on the evil of hell.




Love
To love, to desire an internal fire,
to gaze upon the soul, to cherish, to hold,
shear grace, to embrace, the thrill of the chase,
the bliss, of a kiss, to long for, to miss,
the heart to beat, the eyes, to meet,
for better, for worse, to break hatred's curse,
to want, to crave, to fight for, to save,
to connect, to entwine, to be on their mind,
to touch, to graze, to lose yourself in a daze,
to breathe, to feel, to scream at will,
to whisper, to speak, when your knees go weak,
to enjoy what is felt, to live for, to melt,
to love is to hold, the beauty of another's soul.
