The buds; between the cracks
Flowers that are yet to bloom
Yet a smile to let you relax

A sprout cracks the ice
Hell seems hotter from above
Perhaps a day too soon

Raindrops of the past;
Which secrets do you cling to?
Let me ease your burden
...

White rabbit jumps ahead
The night senses not its breath;
Paw prints in the snow
...

Trampled moss below;
The winds did not favor you
May this light yet do
...

You who have no parents
You who have no home
You who fled from all you knew
And who were forced to roam
...

Is it not funny?
When faced with the dreaded assignment
Or the impending deadline of your report
Then — and only then

You and a mirror
What do you see?
A nose too defined
Or a zit running free
