Endangered Species Poem by james watkin

Endangered Species

All such as these, if awe least
For things to discern
Vital flash across the eyes
Of loving concern.

No firefly, nor fish a-gleam
But whose divine spark
Of life, sharing, in spluttering out
Lights up more the dark.
