Endless Love, Endless Kisses Poem by Tebogo Angela Poen

Endless Love, Endless Kisses

My best friend loves me
He drains my energy with all sorts of games
And restores it with massages and endless kisses
He tickles me til I cry
He says he loves it when I giggle
We argue til my mouth dries
Then he restores my energy with hugs and endless kisses

My best friend really loves me
He listens to every story I tell
Sometimes gets really annoyed,
But worried when I don't speak at all
When he learns that I'm moody
He tries and restore my moods with, well... endless kisses

He knows me when I'm weak and strong
When I'm right and when I'm wrong
He tells me all sorts of beautiful words
Like how I'm the most beautiful girl in the world
Especially when I just woke up
And when he sees that I don't believe him
He assures me with a long stare and endless kisses

My best friend isn't perfect
But that he loves me, is a fact
I ain't perfect either
And I don't want this plant's leaves to wither
Just because I was too lazy to water it.

I love my best friend
And through all sorts of moods, success and downfalls,
I will be there, giving and receiving endless love and endless kisses.
