Enemies Won'T Match For Friendship Poem by Dr.V.K. Kanniappan

Enemies Won'T Match For Friendship

Even if the mahout uses the goad,
the elephant carries him and goes ahead;

Even if the mother beats her child for mischief,
the child crying 'Ammaa....' runs behind her with grief;

Even if you chide your friend for some mistake,
he won't do any furious harm and put you in stake;

Even if they live for quite long with you,
ENEMIES won't match for friendship with you!
