Entitlement Presumed Poem by Barry Van Allen

Al asked for $ 50.00 ,
$50.00 came right back to me ,
Then he asked me for $100.00.
$ 100.00 came right back to me,
My best friend asked $ 500.00,
... long, long gone!

If Al would ask for thousands,
there is a good chance that I would do it,
... if I could swing it,
but, if my friend would ask for $ 20.00,
he would never understand as I said ' NO! '.

That does not mean that we aren't friends,
... but, the answer is still the same!
