Erect On A Rock
Erect on a rock
Sang the Poet Seer
‘Hear rocks, stars,
Flashing waves and seas
Hear dreaming birds
And rustling green
Hear moonlight!
My feet tap
The rocks
They tell me
Of a murder of
Five centuries ago
No blood remains
But
Blood shouts
Shouts in to the heart
Of Poet Seers'
So said
Slow
Down
The rock with paces
Heard
The Poet Seer went his way.
