Escape Poem by Adam Iron Thorn

Escape

Rating: 3.0

Overwhelming thoughts,
Heart in distraught.
Cold-blooded tranquility,
Starving me of my abilities.
Flee from the pain,
Escape from the insanity,
Killing my worst enemy,
Putting myself into eternity.

Well, I enjoyed the whole poem, including the final two lines. This is a beautiful piece of work, short and to the core, I like that.
