Even God Never Asked Me To Call Him - "Sir" (For Dillip Swain) Poem by Jacson Gelato

Even God Never Asked Me To Call Him - "Sir" (For Dillip Swain)

Musings are amusing
amusing are all who feel the musing;
amazing is me
who feel you want to be called Sir;
no one is greater than God
yet God never told me to call him "Sir".
Where will I meet a man who muses
and thinks it is poetry?
Where will I ever meet a man
who wants to write a few lines
and feel it is a wonder?
Where will I find a man
who gets freedom to pen his trifling thoughts
and make others accept it as poetry?
Maybe I have to take a ferry
and cross that bridge of musing and delusion.
