We were falling away
and we were singing so well too
but you looked for the answer
and it wasn't given to you,
you turned to your God
and he gave you a light to follow
I turned to our god
and he said Son, this is black and white
but all I see is grey.
I turned to our god
as he gave you a light
and he said Son, this is black and white
but I said man, all I see is grey.
All I see is grey grey grey
I watched him lead you down a path
that I was not invited,
and in the end I'm here singin
in my little world of grey
and all I hear is Son, it's black and white
but man, everything is grey.
