sometimes you can be
so very tired
you just want to lay down
and wait
until forever to get back up
so full
of thoughts and things
just want to pack up
put your foot
to the pedal
hit the heavenly high
way
too tired to stay
too tired to go
that mask
that you are wearing
nobody can see
showing a side of you
that nobody
will ever know
