nay! comes the night
without closing
your eyes the rain comes with
an empty cloud,
for the sun
keeps on shining
even the sky is full of darkness

come and worship
the tasteless honey, nor capture
the baby's breath and
hurdle the wind; for the passing day
is here to feel, now
witness of what is done
is made where the past leaves
the future, than to start with
humid birth of the every
dried tears

hail on the offspring’s of lapses,
another time leaves its pain
with victory to cry....smile
