Fakirs Love The Mystic Poem by Sumita Jetley

Fakirs Love The Mystic

Rating: 5.0

In ancient Fez, beneath a golden sun's embrace,
Stood Amina, with wind in her dark hair's grace.
Upon an age-old house's edge, she found her peace,
A mystic's heart, where worldly clamors cease.

She loved a secret, deep within the stars' own weave,
A divine dance, in which only true hearts believe.
Her soul, a lantern, lit by love's eternal flame,
A secret lover's whisper, the universe's name.

Across the narrow street, where shadows play and dart,
Lived Karim, an artist with a yearning heart.
He saw in Amina a tranquility so rare,
A mystic's calm, a solace from the city's blare.

Compelled by forces, both seen and unseen,
Karim approached, crossing the space between.
In her jasmine-scented courtyard, under rose's bloom,
He found her, in meditation's silent room.

'Teach me, ' he pleaded, 'of the love that fills your gaze, '
Amina smiled, her eyes alight with starry blaze.
'It's a path you walk, not merely words to say,
I'll guide your steps, but alone you'll find the way.'

Under her tutelage, Karim began to see,
The divine in all, the beauty in a tree.
His art transformed, a canvas of the soul's deep call,
Reflecting love's vastness, embracing all.

Their bond grew deeper, not as lovers often do,
But as souls on a journey, bright and true.
A testament to love, beyond the physical plane,
A mystic and an artist, in love's domain.

Their tale spread wide, a modern mystic lore,
Of love that transcends, forevermore.
Amina and Karim, in their silent, sacred quest,
Remind us of the love within each chest.

So let this poem be a bridge from me to you,
A tale of love, ancient, yet ever new.
In the heart of Fez, under a golden sky,
A mystic and an artist, with love that never dies.
