Fall Poem by Alison Mary Dunn

Fall

Rating: 5.0

Eyes dilate at the first abstraction
Dreaming their way through a void of suns

Portals appear in the mind’s expansion
Stirring the soul as the waking comes

Here turns the key to those hidden treasures
Showered by praise from the gods above

Making the jewels of forbidden pleasures
Objects of touch in the fall of love.....

There is a timelessness about these couplets that is very evocative. Excellent write. Always your friend, Sandra
