i thought i knew better,
i thought i was smarter,
but you got me again.
you knew i was vulnerable,
and you knew i would fall,
so you took it to your
advantage, and made me
dream again.
how could i be such a fool,
and not see what you were
planning, and now im back
in your arms, being loved
all over again.
this time im being cautious
and watching what you do,
cause my heart's had
enough pain and i dont
wanna be broken all over
again.
i dont know why, but i keep
falling for you, you just seem
to catch me in a very special
way and you knew i still loved
you.
i guess it's funnny how love works,
since we both keep falling and
it's hard holding a grudge.
i just wanna know one thing,
what happened to us before?
