Falling Poem by allie russell

Falling

Rating: 5.0

I'm hungry,
But cant eat
I'm tired,
But can't sleep
I'm drowning
because swimming is so hard
I'm fighting
when there's nothing left to fight for
I'm screaming
But only in silence
I'm
falling
falling
until there's nothing left
only the pieces of what once WAS
my heart
that is now shattered
and will never be restored.

A quite poignant write. Your sadness, or rather that of the poem easily permeates into the heart of the reader. " there's nothing left only the pieces of what once WAS" heartbreaking expression. Top score and added to Myfav.
