Govt. spent 20 lakh crore
for family planning programme
since 1974
but couldn't change
people's mind
specially lower classes
they are rigid
to produce unlimited
and live on tax payers money
it's their birth right
someone say them
we have 2 percent land
but population 16 percent
food, water, air
3 essential things for survival
already polluted
CO2 in increasing order
poverty, unemployment, starvation
in alarming stage
please force them to plan their family
awareness not effective now
it's more important to survive.
