Far Away Poem by Jeremy Deacon

Far Away

Rating: 5.0

Darkness is the absence of light in which this suffering that I endure is of the very nature of darkness. Oh my God I question thee of this pain and suffering that I endure. Why or why must this be? Through your word the answer remains for a short while the testing of my faith. Oh this race so long but yet so short forever goes onward. But in the midst of darkness there is always a light waiting to be shed upon your children so bright. Oh the tears and anguish that I conceive are forever unbearable without thee, but oh my God with thee I am free no matter how I feel or how I want to scream. If I scream and cry out oh God it will be with cause, a cause that always has you in the midst to cry and squabble upon for you will make a way. I lean not on my flesh but only on thy sovereign hand which guides and protects me in this black hole of no escape. Oh my God you are the twine so strong to lift me out and every time you do so my Lord I will shout, Victory is won and victory is the Son. Jesus Christ my Lord You have won!
