We are so far away, yet so close!
How did that happen, my dear friend,
How did that happen,
Can you tell me, years ago? !

How ensorcelling is your majestic ship, my friend,
Which sails you away from me,
To a distant land, but full of thrilling excitements,
From my lonely mundane life, I imagine thee!

We are so close, that it doesn't really matter,
I see the endless beauty of this earth with your eyes,
I enjoy the eternal songs of Nature with your heart,
It happened when we grew up together,
We became one soul, we became one!

The bashful boy, and the silly girl,
Looked all around, looked everywhere, except inside their heart,
didn't recognize the surreal longing in their own mind,
Until fate had them apart!

Now, at the dead of a moonlit night, when only the stars dazzle,
like thousands of glittering fireflies illuminating the sky,
When it's noiseless everywhere,
The tranquil whole world falls in the deepest slumber,
Who wakes up at midnight, and feels close to the other,
It's You and Me!
Always together!
