Farewell Autumn Poem by Incognito Pseudonymosx

Farewell Autumn

I can feel the last breathe of autumn
As it turns into a chilly storm
I see the last leaves fall
And soon covered in snow

In the vastness of this abyss
Indeed, one could get lost
But as autumn starts to turn in to winter
Things will be covered in frost

Feathered leaves rides into the wind,
Liked the old warriors westward, tragic and thinned
Like ice, fetching and cold, but will soon become wind
And the kind glorious knights that has sinned

I know, No beautiful things last
And all things die fast,
No matter how hard you grasp
The sliver of hope you’re holding on,
It will slowly creep away until it has slip away
And now you’re back from the very beginning
With nothing to hold on to.

I bid the saddest farewell
As autumn pass by
Knowing full well it will return a year after
But a year can do so much thereafter

I welcomed the coldness but seeks the warmth
Laying with a blanket near the hearth
And look from the distant, afar
As autumn passes by
