Farmyard Antics 37 Poem by Phil Soar

Farmyard Antics 37

I strolled into a farmyard
On a clear and sunny day
The sheep were grazing
Cows were lazing
As I walked their way
And yet I felt a sudden urge
To roll around in hay
So I took all of my clothes off
And shouted out "hooray! "
The farmer wasn't too amused
I'd left the gate ajar
And a goat with a key fob in his mouth
Drove away in the farmers car.
