Father Vs Son Poem by ROGEL FRANCIS SORIOSO

Father Vs Son

When Lincoln was killed the dreams of Olympus was shattered
All of its hopes and ambitions was all been scattered
The hope of someday breaking the walls of animosity
Paving the way for equality, justice and generosity
So there was a great debate that took place in Olympus
One of its Gods was so mad it break away with a purpose
The purpose of making humanity suffer and bleed for its crime
When the life of Lincoln was ended before its time
Along with its Generals they were born in many places
Italy, Germany and Japan with so many different races
Although their purpose are misunderstood by most people today
Their only intention was to make humanity pay
World war Two was a war between a father and his son
Who tried to settle their differences in any way they can
A grieving son driven to destroy and kill
A loving father who knows how to understand and feel
This is not the first event of a father and son rivalry
Events in history could reveal so many story
I'm just trying to look at things in a bigger picture
So we could be more aware of our actions in the future
It all began when they put a bullet on Lincoln's head
Which resulted to the counting the bodies of millions of dead
